Dear young people from everywhere, let's come together in the beautiful native forest of New Zealand...
Mindfulness Meditation in everyday life enables us to bring a powerful awareness, concentration, joy and peace into our thinking, actions and speech.
On this Retreat we will discover how we can use this art in times of stress, strong emotions, and habitual patterns that do not serve us. And how to also access joy and happiness, peace, wisdom and compassion in our ordinary everyday life.
This Retreat will offer opportunity to:
-Learn the art of Mindfulness in daily life
-Learn and practice sitting and walking meditation - developing the capacity of concentration, tranquility and insight
-Engage together in service projects, learning hands on skills
-have regular unscheduled periods for rest, relaxation and recreation
-explore the wonders of land, sea and community
-utilize Mindfulness and creativity - expressing with music, art and drama
-make deep and meaningful connections with other young people from your global family
This 7 day Retreat provides a wonderful opportunity for young people to learn great skills, to navigate life's challenges ... cool the mind and be wonderfully together.
