Youth retreat at the Maison de l’Harmonie

      After all the great experiences of the other youth retreats, we have become quite addicted to them.

The Wake Up ! movement has grown and flowered, and we would love to help you discover one of its fruits: la Maison de l’Harmonie, in Sologne, France....

Bring strong shoes for walking in the forest and working in the garden, a sleeping bag, your enthusiasm, and your smile ! We also count on your donations, whether food and/or financial, to help support the new community.

      La Maison de l’Harmonie functions through donations.To be able to respect this as much as possible, we ask each participant to give a donation, either in form of food (cereals, dried fruits, vegetables) that we will put in a common pool, and a financial donation to help participate in the costs and support the new community living on the site. You will find a Donation Box at the centre.

      You could also offer it in advance, which would help us greatly to organise the retreat. In that case, you can send your payment to the account of the Association Intelligence Verte, specifying: « Maison de l’Harmonie » :

How to get from Paris to the Maison de l'Harmonie in CORMERAY - Loir-et-Cher (near Blois): 

By car (look on our internet site for car-sharing possibilities):

About two hours from Paris by autoroute A10. Leave the autoroute in Blois, and go in the direction Châteauroux/Limoges, go through the village of Cormeray, and follow the same route for about 2 more km after the village until the cross roads of the « route des châteaux » (Cheverny on the left and Chenonceaux Fougères on the right).

Take a right turn, and our retreat centre is 800 metres from that cross roads – on the left of the route de Fougères.  

By train:

From the gare d’Austerlitz, take the train for Blois, then from Blois take the bus to the village of Cormeray, get off at the bus stop Cormeray Les Lombardes (See attached bus timetable en fichier PDF).

At this bus stop, we will be able to meet you, unless you can walk the 800m to the Maison de L’Harmonie.
